We are a 30-year young road transport company, we have a huge bunch of documents, and it is also very important to keep all the documents in the record, especially the one which is POD [Proof of Delivery], we have suggested this from many people for digital store for this, some people’s demos were also taken, but somewhere the solution was not fitting.
We were suggested by our senior director Mr. Hemal Shah about Mr. Kintan Gandhi whose company was providing solutions for the Info-Kin Solutions documents store, we contacted Info-Kin, took the demo and then we implemented it with our director Mr. Viral Shah’s idea, soon the system became available for us to use.
We are currently uploading around 2000 POD per day from our two locations and uploading them in our ERP software through API.
It works in such a way that it is very simple to post a photo on social media, the Info-Kin Solutions identifies the document with the help of OCR & gives the bar code, and maps the POD against the document number in the ERP application, then the documents are made available to us on many platforms.
It is a good solution for mid-size logistic companies like us, it scans and uploads so many documents in very less time with very less manpower, also the work of Info-Kin Solution’s team is very commendable because they give training & above follow-up. Any small problem is above addressed immediately with a proper solution.
